Azienda Biologica De Sanctis firmly believes in organic farming methods.
Therefore, we cultivate our vines and grapes on the fertile soils along the Lagus Regillus, choosing organic techniques. Our winegrowing family has been working since 1816 to produce wines of excellence: discover the quality of our D.O.C.G. wines in Frascati.
The supply chain is carefully and constantly controlled, every step of the way. From the choice of the grape variety to the selection, harvest and processing of the product, always following the principles of organic farming.
Our grapes are harvested in baskets or crates, travelling only as far as our wine cellar, to produce a completely zero-kilometre product. In the cellar, the grapes reach the conveyor belt that feeds them into the machinery used for control, destemming and crushing.
Afterwards, the grapes follow the fermentation process according to traditional timings and methods, avoiding any kind of damage. This is the process we choose to follow to produce our D.O.C.G. wines: from an excellent organic grape juice, we create a delicious organic wine.
